ACCREDITATION SERVICES

EMPI Awards have developed a system of independent accreditation which measures key areas of program development, delivery and achievement outcomes. In addition to ensuring the validity, authenticity, reliability, consistency & sufficiency of delivered programs our approach to accreditation will also minimise bias and mitigate for conflicts of interest, whilst at the same time driving up quality and improving standards.

Our accreditation takes place on an annual basis as well as when required by clients, necessitated by any significant changes to learning programs or on request/demand. The accreditation can in some circumstance be completed remotely, but more usually the process would take place at client’s premises, particularly for Part B accreditation which also includes an evaluation of live program delivery.

Although EMPI Awards have gained recognition from Ofqual as an awarding organisation, Training courses/qualifications/programs delivered by companies internally are generally not regulated by Ofqual. However the rigorous and robust requirements of a regulated approach are a valid set of principles and requirements which underpin validity, authenticity, reliability, consistency & sufficiency of internal program delivery; and therefore ensure quality & integrity.

EMPI Awards have designed a system of accreditation based on these principles of regulation which we call ‘Regulated Logic’.

Regulated Logic demands reliable, valid and consistent answers to:

What

Why

When

Where

Who

And crucially - How

The key areas of scrutiny are:

  • How qualifications/courses/training/programs are developed

  • How qualifications/courses/training/programs are delivered

  • How qualifications/courses/training/programs are awarded or notification of achievement are produced & communicated.

EMPI Awards approach to training course/qualification/program development, delivery & awarding is split into two components:

PART A. ANNUAL COMPANY ACCREDITATION
